How to put the scrollbar on the left side of the browser

La barra elevadora o de navegacion esta en el lado isquierdo de la pantalla y este es el Script:

Just paste it between the <head> and </head> tags like this:
Solo adiera el escript entre de las etiquetas de <head> y </head> en la siguiente manera:
